We want you to love your Avril Lavigne Official Store gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain tour merchandise and limited edition drops may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
